> Launched a jobs platform with 150+ paying firms and grew Dashboard MAU by 200% YoY.

## ArchDaily

I spent almost 4 years at [ArchDaily](https://www.archdaily.com/): first as its sole Product Designer, then as a Product Manager leading teams across different products: Dashboard, Newsroom, and Jobs. ArchDaily served 18M+ monthly users and 285M+ monthly page views.

## Product Manager · June 2020 – July 2022

- Launched ArchDaily Jobs, a jobs marketplace from concept to market, bringing in 150+ paying firms within two months.

- Took Dashboard from research and design through team formation and launch; it served analytics for 450K+ product pages and 200+ B2B clients, grew MAU by 200% YoY, and improved contract renewal by 15% YoY.

- Rebuilt Newsroom for cross-platform publishing with Architonic, cutting article creation time by 50% and increasing monthly output from content team by 30% YoY.

### Newsroom

ArchDaily’s 50+ editors used Newsroom to publish articles and architecture projects. After ArchDaily joined NZZ Mediengruppe, I led the product work to rebuild Newsroom so the same team could publish across both ArchDaily and Architonic. The new workflow cut article creation time by 50% and increased monthly output by 30% YoY.

### Dashboard

Dashboard helped 300+ paying brands—including Autodesk, Hunter Douglas, Sherwin-Williams, and Velux—understand how their products performed across ArchDaily. The existing experience exposed data but made it difficult for customers to find insights or act on them.

We launched the redesigned Dashboard in February 2021 with clearer metrics, search and filtering, and a new messaging center. Dashboard MAU grew 200% YoY, while interaction with filters and search grew 1,350% YoY.

**Some clients’ feedback:**

- "When we started with AD that was amazing, and now they did the relaunch with the new dashboard, and that’s exactly what I need. **From the 10 different platforms that I use, this is the benchmark that has everything that I need**.... when my boss asks me for recommendations from platforms is always AD ... **That’s the benchmark for me.**"

- "This email came in this morning and it is brilliant. I have already shared some relevant details of the stats with our dealers and keep encouraging more opportunities to highlight projects where — retracted — products are installed." (talking about alerts we automatically send to clients)

## Product Designer · January 2019 – June 2020

- Created ArchDaily’s first design system with Engineering, giving product teams a shared set of reusable patterns.

- Rebuilt signup and onboarding, increasing signups by 50% and sessions per user by 20% YoY.

- Redesigned search and core information architecture, increasing page views and bookmarks by 20% YoY.

- Simplified mobile navigation, reducing bounce rate by 10% and increasing mobile traffic share by 10% YoY.

### Projects

#### Signup/Login

I replaced the long signup form with a progressive, step-by-step flow that made progress visible and reduced the perceived effort. Signups increased 50% YoY. Adding interest selection also enabled more relevant email notifications, doubling email traffic and increasing sessions per user by 20% YoY.

#### [Search](https://www.archdaily.com/search/all?q=house)

I replaced generic Google-style results with an image-led search designed for architects, who evaluate projects visually before reading their details. The layout used consistent image proportions and clearer content categories to make scanning faster.

#### [Singles](https://www.archdaily.com/939539/eden-singapore-apartments-heatherwick-studio)

Project pages were ArchDaily’s most-viewed template, but essential project information was buried in a dense key-value list. I reorganized the hierarchy, introduced custom icons, and made related people, firms, and categories easier to explore.

#### MyAD (bookmark & following section)

MyAD let readers follow architects and photographers and organize saved projects, products, and articles. I aligned its navigation and interface with the rest of ArchDaily so saved content was easier to find and manage.

#### [Homepage](http://www.archdaily.com/)

Years of incremental additions had left the homepage crowded and difficult to scan. I reduced competing navigation choices, clarified the information hierarchy, and restored the spaciousness that architects expected from the brand.

#### Mobile UX

Reaching key pages on mobile often took more than three taps. I introduced bottom navigation, persistent save controls, clearer tabs, and image grids that let readers browse saved work as a visual mood board.

#### [Support our Mission](https://www.archdaily.com/support-the-mission)

The campaign gave architects three direct ways to contribute:

- Share a message of LOVE to our ArchDaily Love Wall

- Submit their own architectural project

- Submit their own article (related to architecture)

It generated submissions from both established architects and emerging practices around the world.

#### [Architecture Offices / Entities Landing](https://www.archdaily.com/office/zaha-hadid-architects)

After many years without any changes, our main core users, architects, needed a revamp of their landing pages. A page where they could showcase all of their projects and main info about them (bio, social media, contact info, main metrics, awards).
